Benefit Held for Injured Bull Rider
It’s been just over a month since Nathan Davis’s tragic bull riding accident, and today he stood tall beside his family and community at a benefit in his honor.
About 400 people from Clare, Beaverton and Gladwin gathered today in Clare to make donations to Nathan and his family to help with medical expenses.
Nathan’s chances for surviving the accident were considered slim at one point so he’s been nicknamed Lazarus, believing he wouldn’t still be here unless God intended him to be.
He thanked his community and family for their prayers that he believes saved his life.
“The only way I could make it through that is with all these people here today praying for me, and many others that couldn’t make it today or live very far away, so I’m just thankful for what they’ve all done for me,” he said.
