Cadillac Man Pleads No Contest to Child Abuse

The man accused of abusing his baby will not head to trial in the case.

In April, Robert Endelmann of Cadillac was arrested for sending his baby girl to the hospital with skull and back injuries.

Endelmann pleaded no contest to second degree child abuse. A charge of first degree child abuse was dropped.

A no contest plea means Endelmann doesn’t admit guilt, but he accepts the punishment.

Endelmann will be sentenced on August 25th.
