Wawona Packing Expands Fruit Recall from Several Grocers

Peaches, nectarines, plums, and other fruits are being recalled by Trader Joe’s, Costco, Kroger and Walmart, which also operates Sam’s Club, because of worries over listeria.

Wawona Packaging Company expanded the recall to include fruits dated between June 1st and July 17th because they have not been able to identify the source of the bacteria.

Customers are urged to throw it out, or return it for a refund. You can also contact Wawona at 1-888-232-9912.

That company has issued a nationwide recall.
