Ludington Library Looks to Entertain Kids

With school out, kids need something to keep busy during the day and one local library is trying to keep bringing them back.

The Mason County District Library is bringing out all the stops for their “Fizz Boom Read” summer reading program.

The library in Ludington has special events everyday but Mondays they bring in special guests throughout the summer.

Today it was a “Made in Michigan” special.

The kids met and learned about farm animals and products made in Michigan in a hands-on environment.

The library says this has been a very successful program and a great way to get kids in the library and learning what is offered.
