Evart Man Faints While Driving; Hits Tree

A driver passed out at the wheel, crashing his car into a Mecosta County tree.

Deputies say the Evart man fainted while driving north on Northland Drive around 10:15 Tuesday night.

The car left the road and hit a tree.

Two passengers in the car were injured.

Both were taken to Reed City Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
