Isabella County Man Accused of Threatening Witness
A Northern Michigan man has been charged for obstructing justice when he threatened a victim who testified against him.
Police say Ronald Roethlisberger, of Shepherd, threatened the witness when they were on the stand before a federal grand jury.
If Roethlisberger is convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
