Two Men Arrested in 25-year Murder Investigation
An update tonight on a 25-year first degree murder cold case as two men have been arrested.
In July 1989, 18-year old Shannon Siders was last seen riding in a car with Paul Jones and his brother, Matthew.
Several months later her body was found in the Manistee National Forest.
That’s when police ruled her death a homicide but were never able to make any arrests.
Now after years of a cold case task force investigating the murder, police have arrested Matthew and Paul Jones.
The two were charged today with first degree murder.
