More than 300K Residents Enroll in Healthy Michigan Plan
More than 300,000 people in Michigan have enrolled in the state’s expanded Medicaid program since it’s launch on April 1st.
The Healthy Michigan Plan hopes to cover 320,000 low-income adults in the first year.
The state reports roughly 215,000 of the more than 300,000 enrollees have picked a health plan.
Applicants must be between ages 19 and 64 to sign up.
