Feedback at 5:00: Unruly Passengers
A New York flight bound for Las Vegas had to make an emergency stop in Detroit because of an unruly passenger.
It happened Saturday morning when the man stood up on his seat and started shouting.
Another passenger caught it on camera as the man ignored pleas from the flight crew and his family to calm down.
Airport police determined he needed medical attention and brought him to a hospital.
Since 2007, airlines have reported 28,000 incidents involving unruly passengers.
8,000 of those have happened in just the last year.
