Feedback at 5:00: Child ID App

There’s a smart phone app for just about anything you can imagine, and now the FBI is encouraging parents to download one that could be a lifesaver.

The FBI’s Child ID App lets parents enter important information and send it to police the moment a child goes missing.

Officers with the Missing and Exploited Child Unit say when trying to find a missing child or runaway, there’s no such thing as too much information.

You can enter pictures, physical descriptions, and other important details.

The FBI says it is password protected, and none of the information you enter is accessible until you send it to police.

Would you download an app like this? If not, what are you concerns?
