Grigg Returns to Court for MSU Student Robbery, Murder Sentencing
A Michigan woman who drove the car involved in deadly robbery of a Michigan State University student is going to prison.
Samantha Grigg apologized during sentencing in court Tuesday.
It’s a story 9&10 News first brought you back in February, when Dustyn Frolka was found dead near in Clinton County’s Bath Township, near Lansing.
Grigg admitted to driving the victim to several ATM’s before two men beat and robbed him. She says the victim jumped out of the SUV on I-69 to escape.
A judge sentenced Grigg to 6 to 15 years in prison for the deadly robbery.
Tyrel Brendernitz and Brendan Heim are both charged with murder.
Investigators say the group stole $800 from Frolka.
