Clare County Man Accused of Assaulting Neighbor
Troopers also responded to another assault case in Clare County Saturday morning.
An argument between neighbors, over tree branches being cut on a property line in Hayes Township escalated into violence. Troopers say a Harrison man assaulted his neighbor.
Other neighbors tried to intervene, and that’s when police say the Harrison man struck one of the neighbors in the head with a brick.
He was treated and released from a local hospital.
The Harrison man faces both misdemeanor and felonious assault charges.
