GM Recalls 500 Trucks, SUVs for Air Bag Problems

General Motors is issuing it’s 30th recall so far this year.

GM is recalling close to 500 pick up trucks and SUV’s to fix faulty air bag controls.

All 500 vehicles are still at dealerships and won’t be sold until repairs are made.

The recall covers full-size pickups and SUV’s from the 2014 and 2015 model years.

The automaker is in the midst of a massive safety review, including an ignition switch recall linked to 13 deaths.

And company promises to respond faster to safety issues moving forward.
