Feedback at 5:00: Cursing Crackdown

A Livingston County teenager was issued a $200 ticket for swearing near a playground.

Police wrote him a citation for disorderly conduct following complaints about the behavior of teens and young adults in the community.

The cursing crackdown is in Brighton.

The teen says he was upset after a friend of his was issued a ticket for skateboarding and that no children heard what he said. He tried to fight the ticket in court and lost.

A group is rallying to support the First Amendment right of freedom of speech. But others say he got what he deserved.

Would you support tickets for cursing in your community?
