UPDATE: Three Arrested for Ogemaw County Break-In

A business owner and his technology helped deputies catch some thieves.

The Ogemaw County sheriff says an alarm went off at the Parkview Acres Convenience Store in Lupton Tuesday morning.

The owner ran to store and chased after the three suspects. Surveillance video helped identify them.

Investigators later found Jennifer Bishop, Larry Smith and Kristin Kler at a home and arrested them. 

They also found a lot of the stolen items.

Bishop was charged with 2 counts of accessory after the fact, bond was set at $10,000. 

Smith was charged with 1 count of breaking and entering with intent and obstructing an officer, his bond was set at $20,000.

Kler was charged with 1 count of breaking and entering with intent and her bond was set at $20,000.

All three have continued arraignment on May 27th.
