Traverse City Chocolate Festival Draws Michigan Chocolate Lovers

Today Traverse City’s Chocolate Festival fundraised for a sweet cause. Vendors from all over Michigan brought their chocolate to benefit the Northwest Food Coalition.

The Northwest Food Coalition provides food, resources and meal programs along with food and baby pantries across Northern Michigan.

Event organizers say every year people get more excited about it, and can’t wait to see what new treats they can sample.

Chocolate in all of it’s forms was offered. The festival had everything from specialty chocolates to ice cream, and even chocolate inspired jewelry.

‘The Chocolate Lady’ says it’s always a fun filled day full of sweet treats.
