New Report: Great Lakes Levels on the Rebound
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says there's been a rebound, after growing concern that water levels in the Great Lakes were getting historically low.
Tuesday's report says Lake Superior rose an extra 2 ft. in 2013.
Lakes Michigan and Huron added 20 inches
