Corn Farmers Enjoying this Year’s Weather

What a difference a year makes.

Summer of 2012 brought near drought conditions to Northern Michigan. Corn farmers are less stressed this time around.
The month of July is usually the critical time for corn.
The crops are pollinating and the success of the plant during those key weeks can make or break the entire season.
