Michigan Teenage Girls Rescued from Prostitution

Michigan State Police report 10 teenage girls have been rescued from forced prostitution.
Police say the girls were rescued from motels and other locations all over Michigan including Wayne, Genesee, Oakland, and Macomb counties. The teens were picked up last week.
So far, 1 of 18 arrested pimps has been charged in Flint. The investigation is ongoing.
Officers say the girls were 16 or 17 years old and listed as missing or runaways in Michigan.
The FBI says 105 children were rescued across the country.
The teenage girls are under the supervision of the state Department of Human Services. Some girls cannot return home because of family strife.
