Wisconsin Teenagers Arrested After Stealing Gas
Two 19-year old men from Wisconsin are now behind bars after police received a complaint of someone failing to pay for gas.
A clerk at the Marathon gas station on M-32 gave state troopers from the Alpena post a vehicle description and the license plate number.
Officers from the Alpena Post connected the information with a theft complaint from January involving a suspect from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
After the police located the vehicle the two were arrested for receiving and concealing a stolen vehicle and larceny for failing to pay for the gas.
A 15-year old male subject from Wisconsin traveled to Michigan with the pair, but was released to his mother.
Investigation remains ongoing until the suspects are arraigned.
