UPDATE: One Man Charged With Drug Related Crimes

9&10 News has an update on a story we broke in May.

Ken Rathborn has been sentenced to more than 8 months for possession of marijuana and operating a meth lab.

Rathbone will be on probation for 24 months.

The man accused of having an active meth lab in his car has been charged.
Ken Rathbone went before a judge on Monday.
He's charged with operating a meth lab, maintaining a drug house, having marijuana and operating with the presence of a controlled substance.
Rathbone was pulled over in May for a broken taillight in Mesick.
That's when police found an active meth lab in his car.
Last week, he was arrested for having meth ingredients and stealing from the U.S. Forest Service.
Charges are pending in that case.
