Feedback at 5:00: Safe Swimming

It's the start of summer, and Northern Michigan is full of waterways that swimmers can dive into.

While it can be relaxing and fun, it can also be dangerous.

Less than a month ago, 17-year-old Owen Williamson was swimming with friends when he drowned in North Twin Lake.

His passing has many pushing for the need for more safety measures for swimmers.
