Pair Found Guilty in Mason County Double Murder Sentenced
The pair found guilty of a double murder in Mason County has been sentenced.
Patrick Bentley pleaded guilty to second degree murder for shooting his sister and strangling her friend.
Yesterday, he was sentenced to 46 to 65 years in prison, plus two years for a firearm charge.
Co-defendant LaShawn Whipple also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 30 to 60 years.
The bodies of 18 year old Lacey Bentley and 35 year old Fernando Ramirez were found in January in Scottville.
