Northern Michigan Woman Faces Identity Theft Charge

A Northern Michigan woman faces a felony identity theft charge after using her sister's license to get prescription drugs.

Police say 33-year-old Crystal Mikula of Buckley obtained the drugs through a doctor in Traverse City.

Her sister, Angela, found out about the prescriptions and notified Police.

They say this isn't the first time Mikula has been in the spotlight.

She was arrested back in 2001 after the flight she was taking diverted to Alaska.
