One on One Discussion With Susan Sarandon and Michael Moore Draws Hundreds to the Traverse City Film Festival

The morning at the Traverse City Film Festival started with a line snaking around the City Opera House. When an actress you only see in the movies comes to town, everyone is anxious to catch a glimpse.

The big role for the Oscar winner today? Just being herself. Today's discussion with Fest Founder, Michael Moore, offered an up close and personal look at an actress who's career covers five decades. The talk lasted about two hours, ranging from politics to the audience asking questions about Sarandon's movie roles.

More than 200 people didn't even make it in the door to the free event; but, for the ones who did, it's a memory that will last long after Sarandon gets back to Tinsel Town.
