National Cherry Festival Organizers Setup in a Scorcher

Installing, decorating, pushing and pulling. Cherry Festival organizers have their work cut out for them. These are all of the people who make sure the National Cherry Festival goes off without a hitch. Even with the sun beating down, they're putting the finishing touches on the open space.

Paul Barbas is setting up a food tent for the festival. He's here every year, and it's usually pretty warm; but this year, they're moving a little slower.

So, how do they keep cool? Their secret is staying in the shade, and lots of water. Although it's hot and sticky out there, people setting up say it's still better than rain. They just hope it cools down for the rest of the week.
