Men Cleaning Out Shed Find Two Live Grenades

People cleaning out a Crawford County shed were shocked to find two live grenades tucked away inside.

The discovery happened Tuesday afternoon around 1:30p.m. at a home on Alex Road near Grayling.

One of the devices was in a sleeve the other was out in the open. National Guard Soldiers from Camp Grayling safely removed the grenades.

Several men were clearing out the home because a family member had recently died. They think the grenades belonged to their father who served in the Korean War.

9 and 10's Kyle Mitchell and photojournalist Jacob Johnson have more on the explosive discovery.
