Grand Traverse Industries Moves into New Building and Plans to Add Jobs
Grand Traverse Industries is settling into a new space, that means putting their name on the map.
One of the things the company manufactures is plastic bags. They just landed a contract to supply the state with twelve different trash liners. The new contract will create about 15-20 new jobs.
The company hires people with disabilities, and many new workers will be in the new facility. Grand Traverse Industries buys their materials from Plascon, another local company. Now, investing in northern Michigan pays off statewide.
