CMU Baseball falls 3-1 in MAC Tournament Title Game

CMU Baseball could not win four games in 36 hours. 

Central Michigan University lost to four-time MAC Tournament Champion Kent State 3-1 late Saturday afternoon.  The Golden Flashes were in their 7th straight Tournament Title Game.

It was a roller-coaster run for the Chippewas to get to the Title Game. 

CMU beat Eastern Michigan 6-4 with a Nate Theunissen walk-off homer Friday afternoon.

Jordan Adams hit what turned out to be the game-winning home run in the 8th Friday night to dispatch Miami (OH) 11-10.

Rick Dodridge threw a complete game no-hitter early Saturday afternoon to beat Miami (OH) 7-0 and propel CMU into the Tournament Title Game.

Three CMU players were named to the All-MAC Tournament Team: Will Arnold, Jordan Adams, Rick Dodridge.
