Former Ludington Police Officer and Former Neighbor Testify in Baby Kate Case

All eyes were on Ariel Courtland's former next door neighbor, Nicholas Grandstaff, when he told the court what he saw Sean and Ariel doing on June 29th, 2011, the day Kate disappeared.

A former Ludington Police Officer who was the first to interview Kate's mother after the baby went missing remembered what Ariel said happened.

Some have criticized Ariel's response to Kate's disappearance, saying she was not showing enough emotion but today, the officer painted a different picture.

The Sean Phillips trial continues tomorrow.

We'll have a reporter in the courtroom and we'll bring you the latest on air, online and on Twitter.
