Shavees Raise Money For St. Baldrick’s Foundation

St. Patrick's Day is coming up tomorrow, Saturday, but there's another popular day this time of year, St. Baldrick's.

Gaylord High School hosted the event again, with 30 volunteer shavees.

Both boys and girls stepped up to shave their heads to raise money for childhood cancer research.

All of the money goes to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

Together, the volunteer participants raised more than $12,000.

9&10's Christina Vecchioni and photojournalist Eric Davis have more from the event.
