Harrison Man Arrested for Firing at Moving Train
Police in Clare County have arrested Zoltan Nagy III for opening fire at a moving train.
Police say Nagy fired a rifle at least three times at the train at a crossing on Surrey Road in Surrey Township in Clare County on March 8th.
He was arrested this week.
Police say he was in a car at this train crossing when he shot at the train's engine, just inches from where the engineer sat.
When arrested for the shooting, police found him holding several types of drugs.
The prosecutor added assault charges after they learned just how close the shots came to the engineer and conductor of the train.
