Sault Ste. Marie Man Sentenced on Sexual Abuse Charge

A judge has sentenced a Sault Ste. Marie man to 5 months in prison after he plead guilty to sexual abuse of a minor.

Joshua Ferra will also have 5 years of supervised release when he leaves prison and be required to register as a sex offender.

Ferra plead guilty back in August to sexual abuse of a minor.

The charges stem from an incident in May, when Ferra, who was on probation for other charges, allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a minor.
