Feedback At 5:00-Weapons for Medical Marijuana Patients?

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives recently said that gun dealers in states where medical marijuana is legal cannot sell firearms to registered users of the drugs. The ATF says this is existing policy, as gun dealers are barred from selling firearms to buyers who admit they use controlled substances. But critics are crying foul – they say the federal government is denying people their constitutional rights for those following state law.
