Second Half of Weekend Looking Good

* Continual Clearing Through the Night *Plenty of Sunshine Tomorrow, but Still Somewhat Cool *Sunshine and Warmer Weather Headed into Next Week ——————— After rain moved through early this morning, it cleared out pretty quickly, but still left us with quite a bit of cloud cover. We'll see the clouds gradually exit and overnight will have partly clear skies in the U.P., and mostly clear skies in the lower peninsula. Overnight lows are generally in the 40's, but a few areas just below 40 can't be ruled out–especially if the skies are really clear. Light NW winds are expected, 4-8mph. Tomorrow high pressure edges closer to us, and most of us will be sunny. The upper peninsula will have a few more clouds Monday. Highs tomorrow still a bit on the cooler side, 65-71 degrees. Winds in the E.U.P. W/NW 8-18, Northern Lower NW 6-12, and Central Lower N/NW 5-10. Monday will be sunny for everyone, and warmer. Highs of 70-78 degrees are in store. Tuesday continues the pattern of high pressure and clear skies. Temperatures edging a lot closer to normal highs for this time in June, 74-80. Wednesday the clouds return, along with showers and highs in the 70's. The rain sticks around Thursday as well. -Meteorologist Katie Dupree
