Isabella County Parks See Highest Flooding Since 1960’s
Heavy rain is pushing the Chippewa River in Mt. Pleasant over it's banks. High water levels have flooded Mount Pleasant's Island and Nelson Parks along the river. Officials say the water hasn't been this high since the late 1960's. The parks are closed until the water recedes, which may be late Friday night.
