Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke is in Washington today, discussing the rising cost of Gas. Bernanke is delivering his twice-a-year economic report on Capitol Hill. Gas prices have risen to the highest level ever for this time of year. Triple-A says a gallon of regular jumped another 8 cents over the weekend. In Northern Michigan, prices are hovering around $3.45 per gallon.
