Crews are cleaning up a oil spill in Oscoda County after a tanker truck lost control while turning a corner, flipped over and spilled its load of crude oil. Approximately a thousand gallons of crude leaked from the tanker. A private clean-up crew is on the scene as the D-E-Q and HAZMAT are on the way to oversee their work. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries. Tomorrow, Governor Rick Snyder unveils his two year budget plan for the state of Michigan that calls for drastic changes. One of those changes involves taxing pension benefits for retirees over the age of 65 to help close the state's huge budget deficit.
