Habitat for Humanity of Michigan Anticipates Major Cuts
Michigan Habitat for Humanity affiliations is expecting to see a major decrease in funding next fiscal year. The organization is anticipating a 50 percent cut in funding from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Habitat for Humanity of Michigan says this loss could threaten the organization's existence. The Grand Traverse region of Habitat for Humanity says they anticipate the cuts to start July first.
