Goodwill Asks For Help To Stop Hunger, Feed Hope

For the next three days, Goodwill is asking for your help to “stop hunger and feed hope.” Today Goodwill kicked off its annual Spring Food and Essentials Drive at Brown Lumber in Traverse City. They'll be collecting food and personal hygiene product donations through Sunday. The drive will help re-stock the Goodwill Inn's food pantry and feed those in need in the community. Items especially needed are canned meats, pastas and sauces, cereal, and soups and stews. Donations can be dropped off from 8am-6pm tomorrow and Saturday, and from 11am-5pm Sunday at Brown Lumber on South Airport Road in Traverse City.
