Students Take Part in Clare Pride Day

In light of Earth Day, one local school teamed up with the community to make their town shine. From picking up trash to spreading mulch, high school students buckled down and got to work Thursday. It was the second year for Clare Pride Day, and all across the city students were giving back. Clare citizens were just as happy to lend a helping hand to show their appreciation for the community. Teachers say more than 400 students went out and volunteered. After the student's work was done, there was an ice cream social to celebrate their hard work. 9&10's Cali O'Rourke and photojournalist Stephanie Adkins caught up with some of the hard workers today.
