More Details: Go “Feet First” Fundraiser

A Mexico getaway took a sudden turn when less a day into the vacation, Sean Byram, of Gaylord, jumped into a pool head first, breaking his neck. It happened in June, while on vacation with his wife and other friends. The recovery process was a long one, but Byram never lost feeling and is now mostly healed. He says help and encouragement from the community helped him and his family get through the hard time. Now that he's better, Byram is training for a half marathon he'll run in May. He wants to raise $10,000 for the Otsego County United Way, to give back to the community.
