Update: Railway Company Charged in Four Mile Road Fire

The Michigan Attorney General says a railroad company is to blame for a massive wildfire in Crawford County. The Four Mile Road Fire scorched more than 13 hundred acres near Grayling in April of 2008. In today's filing, Attorney General Mike Cox filed charges against Lake State Railway. He says the company knew it was running an unsafe train engine, causing the enormous fire. If found guilty, the company will have to pay for nearly one million dollars in damages.
