A Stanford man admitted to not stopping at a deadly accident that he caused. On Friday, Dustan Bowen stood before a judge in Mackinac County and plead guilty to failing to stop at an accident that was his fault last July. Three people–Julie Hatch, Sara Dobbrastine and Jonel Hoogterp–were killed when Bowen's Ford Explorer crossed the center line and hit them. They were on a walk on South Gould City road for part of a family reunion. Bowen will be sentenced next month. He faces up to 22 1/2 years in prison for the crimes.
