Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm is preparing to stand before the state and deliver her eighth and final State of the State Address. The Democratic governor will start her speech beginning tonight at 7:00pm in Lansing. She's expected to push for a shrinking of the cost of government along with other hot topics like that auto industry, jobs and education.
