From bio-mass to wind power, Traverse City Light and Power is considering a variety of ways to provide more clean energy for people in the area. At a board meeting Tuesday night, leaders discussed some of the challenges they currently face in providing power to the region. They also talked about several alternatives they could try in the future, which includes creating a bio-mass plant. One of the goals of the meeting was to develop a plan on how to handle the upcoming public forums scheduled on the topic.
