A teen mom faces four years in jail for admitting to shaking her three month old son Tuesday. The crime happened in September at an apartment complex in Manistee, where the mother lived with her two young sons. The prosecutor says Joy Gutowski became frustrated by the baby's crying and shook him so hard it caused bleeding on the child's brain. Her son is now living with a foster parent.
