CMU Students Worry About Budget Cuts

Central Michigan University students are concerned about what programs future budget cuts will eliminate. But, until Governor Granholm gives her proposed budget early February, CMU has no idea how its budget will fare. Central students are saying they're concerned about tuition hikes, and educational programs being eliminated. Meanwhile, CMU Director of Public Relations, Steve Smith, says cutting educational programs is last on the list, and more money will be going towards financial aid to help make higher education more affordable. 9&10's Cali O'Rourke and photojournalist Jeremy Erickson have more details.
