A high school senior with the rest of her life in front of her was killed in an Upper Peninsula car accident. The deadly crash happened yesterday afternoon on Seymour Street in Sault Ste. Marie. Kelsey Raffaele died in the accident. Her mother says she lost control of her car while trying to pass another car. Kelsey's mother says she was on her way home from a friends house when it happened. Kelsey planned to go to Lake Superior State University after graduation. We'll have continuing coverage of the accident and reaction from Sault Ste. Marie tonight on Fox 32 News.
