Police in Grand Rapids issued an Amber Alert for an endangered 14-year-girl. Jessica Judith Gerdracht was last seen at her home in Grand Rapids. Police believe she is with 31-year-old Moises Hernandez — who is currently on parole for assault and may be linked to the Mexican mob. Jessica is five-foot-six, 118 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Hernandez is five-foot one, 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and closely shaved brown hair. He has tattoos on his arms and hands. Police believe the pair could be traveling in a 1999 black Volkswagen Jetta. If you have any information, call 9-1-1.
